Speed Technology & Engineering Ltd — Standard Terms of Warranty
Before buying any product from Speed Technology & Engineering Ltd, please read the warranty terms below carefully. Purchasing any product means the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions. The warranty on our products is essentially a "Manufacturing Warranty", meaning the brand or manufacturer is responsible for warranty matters. Each brand may have a different warranty policy. Speed Technology is responsible only for selling the products and assisting the manufacturer in implementing the warranty terms.
Speed Technology & Engineering Ltd থেকে যেকোনো পণ্য কেনার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে নিচের ওয়ারেন্টি শর্তাবলী মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ে নিন। যেকোনো পণ্য ক্রয়ের অর্থ ক্রেতা এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হয়েছেন। আমাদের পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি মূলত "ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ওয়ারেন্টি", অর্থাৎ ওয়ারেন্টি সংক্রান্ত দায়িত্ব ব্র্যান্ড বা প্রস্তুতকারকের। প্রতিটি ব্র্যান্ডের নীতিমালা ভিন্ন হতে পারে। Speed Technology শুধু পণ্য বিক্রয় এবং প্রস্তুতকারকের ওয়ারেন্টি শর্ত বাস্তবায়নে সহায়তার জন্য দায়বদ্ধ।
General Terms & Conditions / সাধারণ শর্তাবলী
1.Not all products carry a warranty. Only products for which a warranty period is stated on Speed Technology's bill/invoice are covered, up to that stated period. The warranty printed on the product package does not apply — only what is written on our bill/invoice is valid. If a covered product develops a fault, the customer must bring it to our nearest service point.
১.সব পণ্যে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়। শুধুমাত্র সেসব পণ্যেই ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য, যেগুলোর মেয়াদ Speed Technology-র বিল/ইনভয়েসে উল্লেখ আছে। প্যাকেজে লেখা ওয়ারেন্টি নয়, আমাদের বিল/ইনভয়েসে লিখিত মেয়াদই কার্যকর। ওয়ারেন্টিভুক্ত পণ্যে সমস্যা হলে ক্রেতাকে নিকটস্থ সার্ভিস পয়েন্টে নিয়ে আসতে হবে।
2.For a Product Lifetime Warranty, it remains valid as long as the manufacturer continues producing that specific model. If production is discontinued, the warranty stays valid for up to one year from the date of purchase.
২.Product Lifetime Warranty-র ক্ষেত্রে, প্রস্তুতকারক যতদিন ঐ মডেলের উৎপাদন চালু রাখবে ততদিন এটি কার্যকর। উৎপাদন বন্ধ হলে ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে সর্বোচ্চ এক বছর পর্যন্ত ওয়ারেন্টি বহাল থাকবে।
3.International warranty applies only to products where "international warranty" is written on the bill.
- It can be claimed only in the country/region where the manufacturer has its own service centre.
- If the required parts are unavailable in that region/country, warranty support will not be available.
- The original purchase receipt with Speed Technology's seal/signature must be kept to claim it.
৩.শুধুমাত্র সেসব পণ্যেই ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য, যেগুলোর বিলে "ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ওয়ারেন্টি" লেখা আছে।
- যে দেশে/এলাকায় প্রস্তুতকারকের নিজস্ব সার্ভিস সেন্টার আছে, শুধু সেখানেই দাবি করা যাবে।
- ঐ এলাকায়/দেশে প্রয়োজনীয় পার্টস না থাকলে ওয়ারেন্টি সাপোর্ট পাওয়া যাবে না।
- দাবি করতে Speed Technology-র সিল/স্বাক্ষরসহ মূল ক্রয় রশিদ সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে।
4.Under the warranty policy, Speed Technology will, at its own discretion, repair any defective product within the warranty period.
৪.ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী Speed Technology নিজস্ব বিবেচনায় ওয়ারেন্টি মেয়াদের মধ্যে যেকোনো ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য মেরামত করবে।
5.The exact repair time cannot be guaranteed. It may take 4–5 days or more than 45 days, as required parts sometimes need to be imported.
৫.মেরামতের সঠিক সময় নিশ্চিতভাবে বলা সম্ভব নয়। এটি ৪–৫ দিন থেকে ৪৫ দিন বা তার বেশি সময় নিতে পারে, কারণ পার্টস অনেক সময় আমদানি করতে হয়।
6.We cannot state precisely how many times a warranty may be claimed for a product within its warranty period.
৬.একটি পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি মেয়াদের মধ্যে কতবার ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করা যাবে তা নির্দিষ্টভাবে বলা সম্ভব নয়।
7.An irreparable product will be replaced with another product of the same model.
৭.মেরামত-অযোগ্য পণ্য একই মডেলের অন্য একটি পণ্য দিয়ে প্রতিস্থাপন করা হবে।
8.If the same model is unavailable, it will be replaced with an equal-priced product from the same or a different brand. If no replacement is available, an upgraded product may be offered, in which case the customer pays the difference. No new warranty is added to the replacement; the warranty period is counted from the original purchase date.
৮.একই মডেল না থাকলে সমমূল্যের একই বা ভিন্ন ব্র্যান্ডের পণ্য দিয়ে প্রতিস্থাপন করা হবে। প্রতিস্থাপন পণ্য না থাকলে আপগ্রেডেড পণ্য অফার করা হতে পারে, সেক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতা অতিরিক্ত মূল্য পরিশোধ করবেন। প্রতিস্থাপিত পণ্যে নতুন ওয়ারেন্টি যুক্ত হবে না; মেয়াদ মূল ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকেই গণনা হবে।
9.The customer will receive a refund if the product is irreparable and no replacement is available.
৯.পণ্য মেরামত-অযোগ্য এবং প্রতিস্থাপনযোগ্য পণ্য না থাকলে ক্রেতা রিফান্ড পাবেন।
10.Speed Technology is not responsible for any loss of data or software during servicing, or for data/software lost due to user action. Restoring or reinstalling data or software is not our responsibility.
১০.সার্ভিসিং চলাকালীন বা ব্যবহারকারীর কারণে কোনো ডেটা/সফটওয়্যার হারালে Speed Technology দায়ী থাকবে না। ডেটা বা সফটওয়্যার পুনরুদ্ধার বা পুনঃইনস্টলের দায়িত্ব আমাদের নয়।
11.The warranty is void for damage caused by careless use, water, drops/falls, or fire.
১১.অসাবধান ব্যবহার, পানি, পড়ে যাওয়া বা আগুনজনিত ক্ষতির ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
12.Internal liquid damage or leakage in any product is not covered by the warranty.
১২.যেকোনো পণ্যের অভ্যন্তরীণ তরল ক্ষতি বা লিকেজ ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে না।
13.The warranty is void if the customer opens or attempts to open the product themselves.
১৩.ক্রেতা নিজে পণ্য খুললে বা খোলার চেষ্টা করলে ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল হবে।
14.Services such as system setup or operating system customization, during or after the sale, do not carry any warranty.
১৪.বিক্রয়ের সময় বা পরে সিস্টেম সেটআপ বা অপারেটিং সিস্টেম কাস্টমাইজেশনের মতো সেবা ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় নেই।
15.An incomplete product is not acceptable for a warranty claim.
১৫.অসম্পূর্ণ পণ্য ওয়ারেন্টি দাবির জন্য গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
16.Speed Technology or the manufacturer does not apply any password or security code when delivering laptops, desktops, or any product. The customer is fully responsible for the BIOS password of any device; it is not covered by the warranty.
১৬.Speed Technology বা প্রস্তুতকারক ল্যাপটপ, ডেস্কটপ বা কোনো পণ্য ডেলিভারির সময় কোনো পাসওয়ার্ড/সিকিউরিটি কোড দেয় না। যেকোনো ডিভাইসের BIOS পাসওয়ার্ডের সম্পূর্ণ দায়িত্ব ক্রেতার; এটি ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে না।
17.If a customer forgets their account ID/password and the device becomes locked, this is not covered by the warranty. Speed Technology or the manufacturer will not take responsibility for recovery.
১৭.ক্রেতা অ্যাকাউন্ট আইডি/পাসওয়ার্ড ভুলে গিয়ে ডিভাইস লক হলে তা ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে না। পুনরুদ্ধারের দায়িত্ব Speed Technology বা প্রস্তুতকারক নেবে না।
18.Before submitting a product for warranty, log out and deactivate all linked accounts — email, bank, social media, and others.
১৮.ওয়ারেন্টির জন্য পণ্য জমা দেওয়ার আগে ইমেইল, ব্যাংক, সোশ্যাল মিডিয়াসহ সব লিঙ্কড অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে লগ আউট ও ডিঅ্যাক্টিভেট করে নিতে হবে।
19.A Conditional Receipt notes specific symptoms/reasons for which the manufacturer may reject the claim. If accepted, the buyer gets coverage; if not, the product is returned without resolution. This process may take longer than usual.
১৯.Conditional Receipt-এ নির্দিষ্ট কিছু কারণ/লক্ষণ উল্লেখ থাকে, যার ভিত্তিতে প্রস্তুতকারক দাবি প্রত্যাখ্যান করতে পারে। গৃহীত হলে ক্রেতা সুবিধা পাবেন; না হলে পণ্য সমাধান ছাড়াই ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। এই প্রক্রিয়া স্বাভাবিকের চেয়ে বেশি সময় নিতে পারে।
20.No warranty applies to a mouse, headphones, or accessories provided free with any laptop.
২০.ল্যাপটপের সাথে বিনামূল্যে দেওয়া মাউস, হেডফোন বা আনুষঙ্গিক পণ্যে কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়।
21.Speed Technology will set charges, with the customer's consent, for any services not covered by warranty.
২১.ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় নেই এমন সেবার জন্য Speed Technology, ক্রেতার সম্মতিক্রমে চার্জ নির্ধারণ করবে।
22.For printer/photocopier warranty claims, the customer must submit the original ink/cartridge/toner/ribbon along with the printer.
২২.প্রিন্টার/ফটোকপিয়ারের ওয়ারেন্টি দাবিতে মূল কালি/কার্টিজ/টোনার/রিবনসহ প্রিন্টারটি জমা দিতে হবে।
23.Printer/photocopier cartridges, toners, heads, rollers, drums, maintenance boxes, etc. are not covered by warranty.
২৩.প্রিন্টার/ফটোকপিয়ারের কার্টিজ, টোনার, হেড, রোলার, ড্রাম, মেইনটেন্যান্স বক্স ইত্যাদি ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে না।
24.Using refilled ink/toner not recommended by the manufacturer will void the printer warranty.
২৪.প্রস্তুতকারকের অনুমোদিত নয় এমন কালি/টোনার রিফিল বা ব্যবহার করলে প্রিন্টারের ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল হবে।
25.A graphics card used for data mining is not covered by warranty.
২৫.ডেটা মাইনিং-এর কাজে ব্যবহৃত গ্রাফিক্স কার্ড ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে না।
26.Fungus or rust on the mainboard, graphics card, or RAM will void the warranty for that part or device.
২৬.মেইনবোর্ড, গ্রাফিক্স কার্ড বা RAM-এ ফাঙ্গাস বা মরিচা দেখা দিলে সংশ্লিষ্ট পার্টস/ডিভাইসের ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল হবে।
27.A monitor/display with one to three dead dots is not eligible for a claim. A claim is valid only if there are four or more dots.
২৭.মনিটর/ডিসপ্লেতে এক থেকে তিনটি ডট থাকলে দাবি করা যাবে না। চার বা তার বেশি ডট থাকলে ক্রেতা ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করতে পারবেন।
28.Any scratch on a monitor or the display of any device will void the warranty.
২৮.যেকোনো ডিভাইসের মনিটর বা ডিসপ্লেতে স্ক্র্যাচ থাকলে ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল হবে।
29.The warranty is void for motherboards and processors with one or more partially or fully damaged pins.
২৯.মাদারবোর্ড ও প্রসেসরের এক বা একাধিক পিন আংশিক বা সম্পূর্ণ ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
30.The free cooling fans provided with processors do not carry any warranty.
৩০.প্রসেসরের সাথে বিনামূল্যে দেওয়া কুলিং ফ্যানে কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি নেই।
31.If the product's serial/sticker is partially or fully removed or damaged, the warranty can no longer be claimed.
৩১.পণ্যের সিরিয়াল/স্টিকার আংশিক বা সম্পূর্ণ তুলে ফেলা বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করা যাবে না।
32.For a mouse or keyboard bought as a combo, the whole package with all accessories must be presented when claiming. The keyboard or mouse cannot be claimed separately.
৩২.কম্বো হিসেবে কেনা মাউস/কীবোর্ডের ক্ষেত্রে, দাবির সময় সব আনুষঙ্গিকসহ সম্পূর্ণ প্যাকেজ উপস্থাপন করতে হবে। কীবোর্ড বা মাউস আলাদাভাবে দাবি করা যাবে না।
33.For routers that come with multiple units/devices and accessories, the warranty must be claimed by submitting the router along with all included items.
৩৩.একাধিক ইউনিট/ডিভাইস ও আনুষঙ্গিকসহ আসা রাউটারের ক্ষেত্রে, সেসব অন্তর্ভুক্ত পণ্যসহ রাউটারটি জমা দিয়ে দাবি করতে হবে।
34.Power adapters, remotes, microphones, and cables supplied with printers, scanners, routers, switches, access points, speakers, access control, security systems, and similar products do not carry any warranty.
৩৪.প্রিন্টার, স্ক্যানার, রাউটার, সুইচ, অ্যাক্সেস পয়েন্ট, স্পিকার, অ্যাক্সেস কন্ট্রোল, সিকিউরিটি সিস্টেম ইত্যাদির সাথে দেওয়া পাওয়ার অ্যাডাপ্টার, রিমোট, মাইক্রোফোন ও ক্যাবলে কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি নেই।
